I will admit that this photo was taken last week on a visit to the Cleveland Museum of Art. The $350 million dollar renovation and expansion is finally completed and we took Slim Jim’s family for a visit. To one side in the new covered courtyard there is an area with a slightly raised bed that has been filled with plants. The bed is bordered by a concrete lip that was a irresistable race track magnet for every child that encountered it.
I spent some time on the upper level just observing this girl and presumably her brother going around and around and around. The joy she exhibited in her running free was lovely to watch. And to photograph.
