I do, however, think that art is subjective. I don't particularly like paintings from the early 15th through the 16th century, but I know a lot of people who do. It's a matter of personal preference. But I...I agree, the painting is art, the other not. But I think the painter should have worked on anatomy a bit more. It seems the lady's leg is not quite in alignment or proportion to her stance.
